How long does it take to ship my purchase?
Depending on the items if they are available in stock or not. We normally have our suppliers drop ship the items. It will take 1-2 weeks delivery time from the time we process your order.
Do you offer monogramming/embroidery?
Yes we do. We offer name monogrammming for $5.00 dollars per line. Custom logos will have a set up fee ranging from $25.00-40.00 depending on the stitch count. Please email sales@myscrubs.com for your specific needs.
How can I return the items that doesn't fit me?
Please email returns@myscrubs.com and we will email you back with a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number. We will not accept any returns without this number. We will credit your account upon the receipt of the item(s). Please review our Returns & Exchange policy

If my order are back ordered, how long does it take to arrive?
If your order or a part of your order is backordered, we will contact you with an estimate time of availability and you can reply back to cancel or proceed with the order. We don't charge your credit card until the items are shipped and any backordered item(s) are shipped for free.
Why my scrub top and bottom color doesn't match even they are the same color.
Different manufacturers has different dye processes and even they are labeled the same color they most likely will not match. Even the same manufacturer can have scrubs that will not match if they have different material like Dickies sandwashed and regular everyday scrubs. We, at MY SCRUBS verifies every order manually and if there are instances that a customer orders different manufacturers or different material, we will contact you to give you other options.
Can you mail me a catalog?
At this time, we don't have a print catalog. If you have a specific style that is not on our online catalog. Let us know and we could quote you a price.
